Velvet Bath Bar – Return Policy

At Velvet Bath Bar, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and care. Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund after review.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
