Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, markets), processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Velvet Bath Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Velvet Bath Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
